Shipping: All orders will be shipped via ups unless otherwise requested. all shipping charges are paid by the customer, including backorders, special orders require 6-8 weeks for delivery

Minimum: For first time buyer minimum order must exceed $100.00 and for repeat customers there is no minimum.

Special orders: Special orders are gladly accepted for items exceeding 6 pieces.
Special orders require 6-8 weeks for delivery, special orders cannot be returned.

Payment terms: Payment is accepted by net 30 days on approval of credit and established relationship. New accounts must be paid in full before shipment.
We accept all major credit cards. COD check and money order arrangements can be made.

Backorders: Any item that is out of stock will become as backorder & will have a shipping date of approximately 4-6 weeks, unless requested otherwise.

Exchanges & Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for refund or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging along with original reciept.

Damages: All defected items can be returned upto 7 days from purchase, ONLY if item was defected at time of purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging along with original reciept.
